The manager was kind, and the director was kind too, but I felt they somehow lacked a clear point of view, so I didn't trust them that much, which was disappointing. When I suggested different things, they were like, "That would be fine too, and if that's what you want, we'll do it that way," so it felt like they didn't firmly set a direction, which was disappointing.
