The consultation director was kind, but I wasn't sure about the professionalism, and the director was explaining while showing me a drawing of an eye with medical terms written on it? Honestly it was a bit hard to understand, so I asked several times again, and it felt neither particularly kind nor particularly rude. Maybe because they were speaking in a difficult way? It did feel somewhat professional. And when it came to quoting the surgery price, the consultation director was a bit soft, so if you negotiate hard enough, it seems like you could get the surgery at a reasonable price.
