I went for a consultation for revision eye surgery in 2020. I was refused surgery because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows was too short. The line I wanted was a flashy semi-out. I knew it was narrow too, so I gave up cleanly. The director is someone who honestly says when something can't be done.
