Maybe because they run a YouTube channel, they talk really fast. They are kind, but their words pass by so quickly that they don't really stick in my brain. I decided on them because they seemed famous and meticulous, but even during the consultation and before the surgery, I didn't get the impression that they were meticulous; it felt like things were pushed through rather quickly. Even the day after surgery, and again at the one-month mark, they did come by in person to take a look once each.. I am not fully satisfied with the surgery results, but I believe things will improve, so I'm going to wait a little longer..
