I booked a consultation by choosing Dr. ㄱㄱㅇ specifically. When I arrived at the reserved time, I filled out my chart and went to the consultation room almost right away to speak with the director. I said I was thinking about medial canthoplasty and, if possible, non-incisional ptosis correction. The manager looked at my eyes and said non-incisional would be difficult and recommended an incisional method. After that brief discussion about the surgery with the manager, I was told there were many patients booked before me with the doctor I had chosen, so I would have to wait about 30 to 40 minutesㅠ. So I waited alone in the consultation room looking at the clinic’s before-and-after photos, and finally the consultation with the doctor began. The doctor looked at my eyes, touched them, and recommended an incisional method just like the manager had said. I said I wanted a thin hidden double eyelid line, and the doctor drew the double eyelid line and explained how the medial canthoplasty and ptosis correction would proceed while pulling at the inner corners of my eyes. That ended my consultation with the doctor. But unlike other clinics, the manager was standing right next to the doctor during the consultation. It wasn’t really something I had to worry about during the consultation, but it felt a bit unusual? Anyway, I talked with the manager again about the cost. There was no related event, and I was informed of a discounted price on the condition of writing a partial review. They also mentioned same-day booking, but they did not pressure me.
