Right after the surgery, it was really good. But as the swelling went down, the scar tissue became visible, which was a bit disappointing The forehead shape was pretty... Later, the sunken scar tissue would probably need to be filled with either filler or fat grafting. Still, it seems to have worked, since my forehead became rounder. The retention was good too. Two years later, when I went for double eyelid surgery consultation, I had to say I had a forehead lift, and the doctors who consulted on the double eyelids were all surprised and praised how well it turned out.
