I only have a phone consultation reservation so far, but the staff answered the phone extremely kindly and it was nice! I'm seriously thinking about getting treated here, and since they said they would also hear the doctors' opinions and explain things carefully, I'm looking forward to it. I'll write more details again after the visit.
