First of all, I was really surprised that they caught a bad habit of mine that other places hadn't noticed. I guess because they have a lot of experience, they are good at finding weaknesses. I had a CT scan, but rather than focusing the consultation on the CT, they drew things out by hand and I talked through the consultation while looking at that. Whenever I didn't understand something, they drew it out one by one and explained it in detail, and I also liked that they were realistic about things like cheek sagging and the high cost.
