I had implant-free nose surgery here and later had revision surgery at another clinic. One side of the cartilage at the tip of my nose had been left pointed instead of being rounded off properly (according to the revision clinic). It was red from immediately after the first surgery, eventually becoming a red spot that looked as though it might break through. The entire tip was red and the cartilage showed through white, so I had removal surgery in case it became serious. Even when I went for follow-up after surgery, I could feel something pointed in that area. I asked the doctor to examine it, but I think they said it was nothing serious? Anyway, it was brushed off. Whether the cartilage had not been trimmed properly or whatever, the skin in that spot became thin and red like a dot. There was also an uneven step, which another clinic filled. It had a doubly bent shape. Not everyone’s skin is the same, and it depends on the look you want, but that was how it was for me. Compared with my preferred aesthetic, it was too flashy.
