I had a consultation early in the morning, but maybe because it was peak season there were quite a few people waiting. Still, I could get the consultation sooner than I expected, so I liked that. The manager who handled me seemed like someone with a very strong extroverted personality, so maybe because of that I was able to have a more enjoyable consultation than expected. But at the end there was a bit of pressure to pay a deposit. As for the doctor, who I considered the most important, they were good at empathizing and explained the surgical method well, so even someone like me with little consultation experience could understand easily, which I liked.
