The director gave the consultation with confidence, which left a strong impression on me. He’s the kind of person who gives patients a real sense of certainty... The facilities were good, and the consultation was decent too, so it was fine. Because there was another consultation after mine, it felt like they were hurrying to wrap things up at the end... but the manager was kind too.
