First of all, this was the first place I had ever seen where the doctor consulted so thoroughly and kindly (almost an hour?). The doctor, the front desk staff, and the manager were all so kind and had a great impression. They actually encouraged me to ask more questions, showed me lots of before-and-after photos, and the consultation was really comfortable. They seem to be very safety-conscious, and they said the hump on my nose could be shaved down or not, depending on my choice, so I should decide slowly. Overall, I liked that there was absolutely no pressure. The hospital atmosphere was clean and simple, and it felt like a regular ENT clinic, which I actually liked. It made the shortlist for my final decision. I'm still thinking...
