I was considering revision surgery because I was unhappy with the shape after my first nose surgery. At first I also thought about making it more glamorous and higher, but I have always disliked an artificial look and I was afraid of side effects, so I decided to go for something natural and safe. I visited several places for consultations, and this was the one that told me the most about what could not be done. Honestly, I felt a bit discouraged and thought about going somewhere else, but because of the artificial-look and side-effect issues mentioned above, I just had it done here. The director has no aesthetic sense
