I went in wanting full removal because the tip of my nose was showing through and it had become pointy, but they recommended preserving the structure and refining it instead. This was my third consultation at Avec, and I really wish I had done my first surgery here I wanted a flashy nose, so I had my nose done at another clinic, but because they pushed it too far, the cartilage is showing in a round shape and it keeps getting pointier.
