I had surgery in 2024, and the doctor took a paper with a nose diagram on it and carefully explained my nose condition, what would be used, and what kind of procedure would be done while drawing everything out, which I liked. More than anything, I liked that they had a fixed price system. I liked that it didn't feel like the price could be anything they wanted. They also explained each part of the aftercare. But when I came back a year later for eye revision surgery, most of the managers had changed, and the doctor was still kind, but it seemed like the clinic was doing better than before, so he looked very tired. So for nose surgery alone they really do a great job, but I'm not sure about eyes.
