During the consultation, they said they wouldn’t do a CT scan and would take images on the surgery day. Hump nose osteotomy + columellar support septum (+ possibly donor rib) + ear cartilage nasal tip + the step-off would be corrected with donor dermis. Since they mainly use donor dermis, they said the shape could change moment by moment, and because I wanted a natural nose shape, I showed them a photoshopped version of my photo, but the director reacted negatively. They seem to have a very clear aesthetic sense. The manager was extremely kind and showed me a few review photos, and most of them had a refined, pretty feel.
