I went there and waited for about an hour. The director's surgery was running late, so I had to wait. After the coordinator consultation, I met with the director, and the coordinator stayed standing next to us the whole time. The director had just come out of surgery and looked extremely tired, and since I was a bit clueless, they spoke in a somewhat firm tone. I asked for my nostrils to be made smaller from the front, but they said that wasn't possible. It seems like they prefer donor dermis. And there were almost no before-and-after photos, and even the few that existed showed a somewhat high nasolabial angle and columella position. It was on the glamorous side, so it didn't seem to match my own aesthetic, which prefers a natural look. But among the places I visited, the price was the most reasonable, the hospital has been around for a long time, the director has a lot of experience, and the coordinator was kind, so I'm really torn.
