First, I had procedures done by the head doctor, and I also had procedures done by another male doctor. I remember both of them being kind, and, as expected, especially the head doctor was extremely kind, meticulous, and worked hard during the procedure!! So I enjoyed the procedure a lot... Strangely, the front desk staff here are really unfriendly. They are not exactly rude, but they are very indifferent to the point that I felt like they lacked a service mindset, and I wish the doctor would know that. The people who do the consultations for procedures are kind. But no matter when I go, the front desk staff are always curt and never feel friendly at all. It would be better if they trained the staff well!!
