This clinic originally started as ToxnFill and has since become branded as Generis. Because of that, the pricing is reasonable and the system is well organized. However, frequent staff turnover means the skin care team's skill level is somewhat lower. It feels like it's being led by CEO doctor Park Dong-chan's one-tool approach. I also think the consultation skills of the managers are something that still needs improvement. If you only see customers as money, you'll eventually fail. I also have some doubts about the skill of the rotating paid doctors. As much as they're focusing on building the Generis brand, they should also strengthen the substance inside.
