I went in for an eye consultation. Other places say they don’t take same-day appointments, but here they accepted me even though it was a same-day booking. The consultation manager explained everything so well from the start, and before I even talked with the doctor, she gave me the basic information first, which I liked. The doctor also didn’t push excessive recommendations or unnecessary procedures, so I could say exactly what I wanted, and the consultation took place in a comfortable atmosphere. After the consultation, the manager summarized everything and explained it very clearly, which was great. I liked it so much that I went ahead and made a reservation right away.
