They said the reservation would only be available two years later, so I grabbed a canceled slot and went. It was super famous and everyone said it was so effective and amazing, but since this was my first plastic surgery clinic, they told me five things wrong with my nose and said I absolutely had to get alar reduction and silicone, and that the rest was at least somewhat okay, but it felt like they were trying to turn me into a surgery freak, so I ran away. I came here for a nose job, but they wanted to do an open approach, silicone, and alar reduction too.. It was way too much, and I know my nose is low and bulbous, but I've never thought of it as low, so I said I only wanted to refine the tip shape nicely, and they said absolutely not.
