I came after waiting at the end of a very long wait because it was hard to get a consultation, but I was disappointed and am now going around to other hospitals for additional consultations. 1. Staff friendliness: The male staff member at the desk is clearly only friendly to people he wants to be friendly with.. He was extremely kind to the person next to me who had already had surgery and seemed to be taking a review photo, but with me, since maybe he couldn't give a quote, I felt a huge difference in attitude. 2. Expertise: He recommended cartilage binding, but friends around me who had cartilage binding done told me, "Your nose doesn't need cartilage binding." I also heard at another hospital that there was no need to bind it, so when I asked the consultation manager if it was absolutely necessary, the answer was, "That's just how everyone does it. It's good to do it while you're at it." Huh?? Cartilage binding costs 1.5 million won, so what does "while you're at it" even mean? It wasn't an explanation of what part of my nose would benefit from it, just "that's the standard package, so do it," which was confusing. 3. Review management: The original package was three procedures for 5.5 million won, but they knocked off 1 million won for same-day booking and 1 million won for photo sharing. I understand managing reviews and lowering the price, of course, but they said they would keep managing it for up to six months and asked me to send them my selfies about seven times. They would pick from those and send them back, and I would have to keep posting progress reviews... Calling this review "management" made me suddenly lose trust. 4. No anesthesia doctor: I'm not sure if that's normal for a nose-surgery clinic, but they said the director would personally handle anesthesia and surgery, and that just made me lose interest... Additional) For reference, the surgery fee is more expensive than expected. Even though it's nose surgery..! Please know that going in.
