In the end, I'm satisfied, but I do regret not making it a little higher.. The director's style has become much more natural compared with the blog and old before-after photos. Keep that in mind, and if you want anything more than a plain natural look, you absolutely have to emphasize it. For my first nose surgery I used autologous costal cartilage. At other places they recommended septal cartilage or ear cartilage, but only here did they recommend autologous costal cartilage. But after hearing the reason, it seemed right, and since they said they handle costal cartilage really well, I decided to go along with it. Still, in the end, I do regret using autologous costal cartilage a little I wish it had been just a bit higher.. Since I already used autologous costal cartilage, if I want to raise it more even 10 years from now, what would I use then.. Anyway, the Innofit design is art, and I don't regret using an implant at all. If you're going to do a Nano-type lying-down style anyway, I absolutely recommend Innofit. I still want the tip higher
