I had a costal cartilage nose surgery without an implant at Nano. Originally I was naturally planning to use silicone, and I had searched around and visited clinics that do customized silicone, but at Nano they recommended no implant in order to have a bridge while preventing the nose from becoming too long. In the end, I am so glad I chose no implant. I had been unsure and worried about it, but the manager said choosing no implant was a blessing haha People who knew what I looked like before the surgery either think I just lost weight and my nose got higher, or ask if I had nose surgery, but people I meet for the first time never realize I had surgery because it looks so natural and pretty. I am also satisfied with the aftercare!! A lot of hospitals are really like “we are done, now you are on your own,” but not here
