First, the waiting time was about 2 hours? It was boring to wait. Since it's a famous hospital, when I got out after waiting and consulting, there was nowhere to sit, so I had to stand and wait until a seat opened up. There are many reviews saying the consultation manager is rude, but I think it varies by person. Mine was fine and kind. The doctor gives a wider variety of line options than other hospitals, and he firmly said no to things that wouldn't work. I think that's a good point. He recommends only what is necessary. That said, one disappointing thing was that the hospital itself was so hectic that I forgot a few questions and couldn't ask them, and the staff at the counter were not great.
