First of all, the wait was 2 hours, and compared with how they use the 4th floor of the building, they’ve made the space small and crammed in too many rooms, so the hallway is narrow. The doctor was very fast and direct in consultation, asking things like how they should do it, whether I wanted it done this way, whether I wanted this or not, and said I was a difficult case, that it would be hard for them like this, but that patients wouldn’t know. (Huh?) Still, I liked that they didn’t force me to add anything. And the consultation manager was kind. At other hospitals, going into the photo room to take DSLR shots and do all that was annoying, but maybe because there were so many people, they just snapped pictures quickly with the manager’s phone and moved straight into consultation, which was convenient.
