Both the director and the consultation manager were kind. The director kept handing me a mirror as I described the shape I wanted, and used a cotton swab to stretch my nose while really listening carefully to my consultation, and he answered very actively! I went in not really thinking about functional nose surgery, but both the director and the manager recommended doing functional nose surgery together quite a lot (?) Before the consultation I also had a CT scan, and overall I feel like I had a very detailed consultation.
