The doctor is really kind, but always seems busy. The waiting room is small, so there are a lot of people waiting and nowhere to sit... Still, safety seems to be guaranteed. Being able to check the CCTV live seems like the biggest advantage. There is only one director, so I trusted them and had the surgery.
