First of all, I went in during a quiet time late in the afternoon, so there were no patients waiting. I first consulted with the director of the consultation room, and after hearing roughly about the areas I was worried about and the surgical methods, I consulted with the surgeon. Every time I asked something, they explained kindly, and they also talked about the surgical method while showing me a surgery video. After additional consultation with the director again, I also looked at before-and-after photos of surgical cases and got an exact price estimate. Since it's a surgery that requires caution, I put it on my shortlist for now and plan to decide after looking into it more.
