I consulted with Director Lee Young-taek about nose surgery because I was considering him, and he explained things kindly and clearly, and I liked that he even drew on the photos in Photoshop while explaining. But maybe because it’s a large hospital, it felt a bit hectic, and the consultation manager pushed me too hard to book on the same day. When I said I wasn’t going to, their expression changed so much that I felt bad. And I asked for photos of cases similar to mine, but they didn’t show them... I don’t know if they couldn’t find them or what, but the consultation manager felt a bit uncomfortable.
