The hospital was small and the waiting area was cramped, but there were a lot of people there (more than half were foreigners). I went for a consultation reservation with Director Lee Kang-woo, got a CT scan, and waited about an hour, but they said another doctor would handle the consultation. I felt it was a waste of time and was planning to just get a quick consultation and leave, but that doctor explained things better than I expected. The total time was 2 hours, and there wasn’t even enough space to sit, but people kept coming in. There were also people who had just had surgery, but maybe because it was so crowded, it didn’t seem like they were being cared for properly. In the end I decided to have the procedure somewhere else and contacted them to refund my deposit, but they are currently not even answering.
