There was also a 10,000 won consultation fee, and for about 40 minutes they explained things while showing a collection of surgery reviews. I went to ask about the under-eye area, but they said I needed the upper eye area done. They knew the drawbacks of under-eye fat repositioning. They said they couldn’t do what they couldn’t do, and what they could do looked like they were confident about it, but the cost seems a bit high.
