A few years ago, if I sent a KakaoTalk message, it seemed like the director would reply, but these days it's just the coordinator. When I asked about the ingredients in the medication, even they didn't know the names of the ingredients. And they talked about it like it was a cure-all for everything, so my trust dropped a bit. They charged a 10,000 won reservation fee.
