They weren't as rude as I'd expected from the reviews, and I think they're just the type who are good at bluntly pointing out the facts. They answered only the exact question I asked, briefly, so I couldn't really tell what was what. There wasn't enough information in the consultation to decide on surgery. The staff member was kind.
