I have sausage eyes with deep fixation, severe sunken scars, and scars from the inner canthoplasty. My consultation was at 6 p.m., and overall the hospital atmosphere was quiet and calm. They said my line itself is high, so even if the fixation is loosened, thickness improvement would only be around 20-30%, so it wouldn't get much lower. Instead, they said the focus should be on softening the sunken scars a bit, and that the high inner corner area should be improved by making an incision just below the incision line and lowering it partially. Because I had studied a fair amount on YouTube before going, the overall explanation was similar to what I had learned, and the director was calm and kind. I went in worried, but it seems like I didn't need to. The price was not that expensive by my standards after visiting many places. Rather, for a revision on extremely difficult eyes, this was about average.
