It was my first time there so I got lost around the neighboring building. I guess I'm just bad with directions. When I went, there were two staff members and they were just average in terms of kindness. It was hard to get a consultation appointment, but I got one through a cancellation slot. The consultation itself was fine, and they clearly told me what could be done and what couldn't, which was a relief. But they said my preferred direction wasn't possible, so I gave up on a revision. They recommended line reduction and said to lower the double eyelid line, but I didn't like that, so I gave up. It seemed like surgery wasn't as backed up as the consultations, to the point that it was easy to set a surgery date right away.
