Right before this, the doctor at another hospital had been very unfriendly, so this place felt quite kind by comparison. I remember the consultation fee was paid, but they did explain everything I needed to know. However, I wanted ptosis correction, and this director told me not to do it, so in the end I didn't go ahead with surgery.
