lol the doctor is the type who just throws words around. I’m in 11th grade and went for eye and nose consultations, and he straight-up said not to do anything unnecessary (saying even if the nose is small, it still won’t be pretty). But the funny thing is, he also said that with a face like mine, having cheekbones and a small nose can still be pretty in terms of facial harmony.
