I liked that the consultation was done with the director first. The nurse(?) next to them was writing down the consultation notes very diligently. I think it's probably used when talking with the consultation manager. The director explained the surgery method kindly and calmly. They checked the line several times, so it felt professional. And while I was consulting with the consultation manager, looking at the review photos, most of them really had that small, natural-looking line feel.
