I made an appointment and went, but ended up waiting about 20 more minutes. The doctor was extremely confident in his own surgery, so I felt fully reassured. The head manager was also kind, and I could feel how much she cared about the clinic, so I was about to set the surgery date right away, but the doctor was on leave on the date I needed, so the timing didn't work and I couldn't book it
