I went for a consultation because of revision surgery. First of all, I really liked the facilities, and second, the staff member was so kind. Then I got a consultation about revision surgery with the doctor, and instead of just saying yes or no, they listened carefully and explained what they thought would be best, which was helpful. There was no consultation fee. I did feel like I'd like to have the surgery here if I go ahead with it.
