One disappointing thing was that the manager gave me an estimate before I even had my consultation with the doctor. Honestly, the manager’s sales talk was no joke. Their sales skills were incredible; I feel they could do well selling anything anywhere. During the consultation with the head doctor, there were also somewhat dismissive remarks, and they said I didn’t understand what they were explaining. But from the perspective of a professional, a specialist, or someone currently working in the field, it was actually the doctor who had misunderstood me, which was frustrating.
