I wanted incisional surgery for monolids, so I visited and had it done. The doctor was kind and took a slightly conservative approach. Since one possible complication is being unable to close the eyes, I suppose they prioritize safety. There are two managers; one of them replied quickly before payment when consulting, but after surgery disappeared, didn’t answer my calls, and when I called after work, told me to contact the clinic. The change wasn’t extremely dramatic. When I asked, they said the advertisements had been retouched. Still, I was unhappy with the wrinkles above my eyes, and they disappeared after the incision surgery. My eyes ended up slightly asymmetrical, but the manager said I had difficult eyes. Before surgery, the manager was very confident, but after payment, the attitude of having to deal with me was disappointing. The doctor was kind and seemed willing to do whatever they could.
