I went to get Botox, and after paying and waiting for quite a while, they called three people together and told us to go in, so I entered the procedure room. Once inside, they had three people lying in chairs, and the director barely looked at our faces before injecting Botox into the spots and leaving... That was when I realized what factory-style treatment means.
