I went to consult because I was considering a revision surgery.. Reception was on the 5th floor, and because the doctor needed to check it they sent me down to the 4th floor. I met the doctor.. but the explanation was lacking, and most of it was more about talking with the doctor than a proper consultation.. Then I went back up to the 5th floor and the person there, maybe the manager? I don't know, explained ptosis correction to me.. Still, the person who consulted with me was kind, so that was nice.
