I went for a consultation for double-eyelid surgery. The appointment was booked quickly, and the waiting time wasn’t that long! The director was fairly kind, and the consultation went smoothly and comfortably~ Honestly, when I booked through KakaoTalk, the staff’s tone felt a bit stiff, so I was taken aback, but the kindness level was just average.
