There were a lot of people, so I had to wait a bit ㅜㅜㅜㅜ Still, they guided me well and responded well. I had a consultation about my eyes and nose, and I was glad because the director explained things kindly and clearly. The manager also made me feel comfortable. Communication seems good, and overall the consultation was plain and neat.
