It’s been a while since the consultation, but the director’s consultation left such a strong impression that I still remember it. First of all, the director was incredibly empathetic... Whenever I said something, he immediately understood what I wanted and explained things accordingly, but it didn’t feel like he was just doing whatever the patient asked without his own opinion. Rather, it felt like he was trying to align what he thought with what I wanted. Since this is a clinic that specializes only in breast surgery, I think he’s handled a lot of different cases, and that made him look very confident. But I actually found that kind of confidence reassuring...
