During the consultation, they adjusted the appointment time so I wouldn't run into other people, and tried to create the most comfortable atmosphere possible, so I felt at ease. They explained things with a PowerPoint during the consultation, and I liked that they showed before-and-after photos of patients with a body type similar to mine. They were kind and the atmosphere was comfortable, and because they didn't seem annoyed during the consultation, I could ask more questions. But they said it couldn't be done in the size I wanted, so it ended with just the consultation. I didn't feel any pressure to book at all. Overall, it was a place I was very satisfied with.
