Honestly, this was the hospital I had the highest expectations for, but I did request a same-day consultation. If they had just said no, that would have been fine, but I went and waited more than 30 minutes, and then they suddenly came out and said I had to wait longer because of the director's surgery schedule. When I asked how much longer, they said 3-4 hours They should have just said it wasn't possible. It left me with such a bad memory.
